Swell gelatos are all about our favorite motto: Keep it simple!
We believe that if you put good ingredients in and don't take shortcuts amazing things will come out. That being said, a few questions still come up here and there so we hope the below will answer them for you.

Anything is possible but shipping small quantity Swell gelatos involves dry ice and to this day that is really expensive. Shipping would end up costing you more than the gelatos themselves and we don't feel that is good customer service. Please know we are actively trying to expand territory. Swell is currently sold on the entire West Coast, Arizona, Nevada and the Southeast of the US. So if you live in that area and your store doesn’t carry Swell, please ask them to get it from their distributors as it is available.

Please ask your store to put in a request with their distributor. Freezer space is very competitive but if there are enough “asks” eventually the distributor will allow a new brand to enter the market. You can always ask your store to e-mail us info@swellgelato.com too so we can push on your behalf as well.

At Swell, we believe that dogs get their daily protein intake plenty covered in their regular meals and other dry treats. Whether you feed kibble, freeze dried or raw there is no lack of proteins. The same goes for almost all dry treats.What our dogs don’t usually get in their food is whole fruit and veggies. Eating more whole fruits and vegetables has been proven beneficial for both humans and dogs alike so we wanted to make that easy for you with our Gourmet dog food toppers . Feed the Rainbow but make it easy, make it tasty, make it Swell.
As for the gelatos, we strive to do the same and quite frankly, since I am the first taste tester even before it gets to my Patches…. I am not overly excited to try a liver or beef flavored gelato. Now you know why I only create recipes that are truly delicious to my own palate as well as for my 4 legged friends.

All Swell gelatos and Gourmet Toppers are hand made in small batches using very limited and natural ingredients of the highest quality. It is a difference you can taste. We tested mass producing the gelatos by a few co-packers which would bring the cost down but quickly found that it is not possible to keep the Swell creaminess, yumminess and overall integrity and consistency of the gelatos intact that way. So we made a conscious decision to keep our Swell artisan process intact so we can deliver on our own high standards.
